Allyson Bartlett

Allyson joined 1% for the Planet in 2018 to build and lead an in-house Brand & Marketing team. As VP of Brand & Marketing, she oversees the organization’s marketing efforts, brand strategy, and relationships with key stakeholders within its expanding global network.

Before 1%, Allyson worked in communications and brand strategy at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont. Over her eight years there, she earned an MBA and was recognized as an employee of the year and one of Vermont’s Rising Stars under 40.

Driven by a passion for the planet and people, Allyson brought her extensive experience in nonprofit, member-focused work to 1% for the Planet. In her current role, she has not only scaled the team and enhanced global brand awareness but has also contributed to record growth and impact as a key member of the Leadership Team.

Allyson lives with her husband, son, and cat at Bolton Valley Ski Resort. Together, they enjoy hosting friends and family—around the dining room table or on the slopes. She and her husband also run a photobooth business, which takes them to incredible events and has led to an ever-growing collection of outlandish costumes and vintage vans.
